  • Min: 1 ¾”

• Blank length (through machine)/Chop:
  • Min: 1 3/₁₆” *If under 3", ask production
  • Max: 67"
• Max blank size:
  • 55" x 110"
  • When calculating number on, please remember to subtract trim, so max sheet size after trim is 52" x 107"

• 1 3/4" minimum between slitters and scores
• Slotter section:
  • 16 slots, slot width will vary by flute. Standard-7mm for CB, 5mm for C&B, and 3mm for E-Flute.
  • Minimum between slots: 1 3/4" center to center
  • Slot depth:
    • Max: 8 1/4"”
    • Min: 1 ½” (if under 1 ⁵/₈” ask Production)

• Min Blank Size: 9" x 31 1/2" (feed through machine)
• Sheet must be at least 20” across the machine to feed automatically.
• Can apply up to 8 slitters and 12 scores-7 out on width side
• Direction through machine: Make gross blank size as large as possible up to 110”.
• 12 semi cuts-can do reverse semi cuts
